Christmas Musical 2014

jingle bell jukeboxMrs. Wallace and all of Willard's students have been hard at work preparing for this year’s Christmas musical program.  We will be performing at the WCHS auditorium this year on Tuesday night, December 16 at 6:30 p.m.  Students are to arrive at the auditorium at 6:10 pm when the doors to the auditorium open.

All students are welcome to dress in either red or green or special Christmas Dress.

We will be performing a program titled, ‘Jingle Bell Jukebox”.  All Willard Elementary students will be performing and we hope that all students will be able to attend the evening performance.

Each grade level will have a part in the presentation as well as the Willard choir students, so the evening hopes to have something that everyone will enjoy.

BSU Partners In Literacy

edredefinedWillard Elementary School has been working cooperatively with Ball State University through its Partners in Literacy Program throughout the first semester of this school year.  The program has provided students in Mrs. Law's 4th grade classroom and Mrs. Atkinson's 3rd grade classroom enhanced Reading instruction with the help of Ball State preservice teachers.  Check out the below link for an exciting opportunity for the students in these classrooms in correlation with the Enchanted Luminaria Walk at Minnetrista Cultural Center in Muncie (this opportunity is limited to just students of Mrs. Law and Mrs. Atkinson).
