This year, rather than raise money for Pennies for Patients, we are joining our friends at Baker Elementary School in raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Indiana. Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time. There was a house fire across the street from Deerfield Elem. last night. The fire department has revisited the site of fire today. The situation is under control. Students at Deerfield are safe and the issue does not pose a threat to our students or staff.

Willard Reminder: Second Harvest Food Pantry distribution will be today from 3:30-5:00pm in the Willard cafeteria. The first 30 families will also receive a special blessing box! We will also have winter coats available.
