It has been an awesome week at Willard...Seussical Kids, Grandparents Days, and Ag Days, oh my!

These awesome quilts, handcrafted by our amazing Art teacher, Mrs. Martin, and our students, are up for auction this week as part of Grandparents Days! Did you know that bidding is open to parents as well? Each classroom piece features artwork from all students in the class. All proceeds from the silent auction go to our art, music, and PE programs. Bidding is open until the close of business Friday.

This week starts our Championship Drive for our 3rd grade students to raise money for their college choice 529 accounts. Third grader students that have already signed up will be bringing home a piggy bank and letter. They can start asking for donations from family and friends. Remember the Community Foundation will match your donations up to $75.00. Piggy banks and money are due back next Monday, April 15th. If you haven’t signed up your child, it is not to late. Just call Willard and we can help!

Willard family,
At this point, we have 23 of our grade 3 students signed up for a CollegeChoice 529 Direct Savings Plan. First, if you have a third grade student who has not yet signed up, please reach out to Amy Hoggatt at ahoggatt@randolphcentral.us to sign up today. Secondly, we are looking for amazing community members who are willing to be a "champion" for one of our third grade students. This involves making a $25 donation into a child's 529 account. For every $25 donation made from now until April 12th, the Community Foundation of Randolph County will put $75 into the child's account. Thank you in advance for investing in our children!

Our yearbooks are in! It's not too late to get your copy! Yearbooks are $11.00. Stop by the Willard office and get yours today!

Reminder: School Success Remediation WILL NOT MEET this week. We will resume on April 1st.

This is going to be SO MUCH FUN! The Baker & Willard PTC will be sponsoring a Mother/Son Outing on Sunday, April 7th. You don't want to miss it!

Our 4th Grade students had a great time this past week learning all about the Indianapolis 500 as part of a mobile field trip presented by the awesome folks at the 500 Festival.
